The program will be implemented over five years, from July 2023 to June 2028. On behalf of the Local Government Division, LGED will be the Executing Agency (EA) and will execute the program. PSs will be the implementing agency (IA) Local Government Division will provide overall guidance and supervision to the Programme. The program will adopt the existing program systems as established under LGED, which will be assessed and improved as needed. Key actions for improving these systems will be identified and included in the program action plan, with clear results and monitoring mechanisms.
