Local Government Engineering Department under Local Government Division will implement the project through a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) with the officers/employees appointed from a regular setup of LGED (Deputation/Outsourcing) under the leadership and responsibility of a full time Project Director. The Executive Engineer/Upazila Engineer of the project area along with technical staffs will execute the schemes as per design & specification. The Additional Chief Engineer (Division) and the Superintending Engineer (Region) will co-ordinate the project works with the concerned Executive Engineers. Chief Engineer, LGED, will oversee the project activities as a whole.
The Consultant Firm will be engaged for design and supervision of the project work.
