The project is being implemented through all of the 5 Upazila in Gopalganj District. Schemes are selected  on the basis of local peoples and Parliament Members demand.The project included the commitment scheme of the elected representative including minsters-commitment from time to time.Executive Engineers of the concerned Districts are instructed to prepare estimate as per actual field condition.Then estimate are checked by the HQ officials and sent to Chief Engineer for approval.After getting approval from the HQ, concerned Executive Engineer implements the schemes through national competitive Bidding.
