The Project will be implemented by the Department of Local Government Engineering under the Division of Local Government.The overall work of the Project will be carried out through the Project management Office consisting of Officers/Staff appointed from regular setup(deputation or additional responsibility)of LGED under the Leadership and responsibility of full time project Director.
Technical staff including executive /Upazila Engineer at the district and Upazila level in the project area will implement the scheme as per design and specification. Additional Chief Engineer(Division) and Supervising Engineer (Region) will coordinate the work of the project through the concerned Executive Engineer. Chief Engineer LGED will oversee the overall activities of the project.
