The Project has been implemented by the concerned Pourashava under the supervision of LGED. A Project Management Office (PMO) is established at LGED head quarter in Dhaka.I The Regional Superintending Engineer of LGED provide necessary technical support to the concerned Pourashava of his region for the implementation of the project. He will supervise and monitor the institutional capacity building programme of the pourashavas. Additional Chief Engineer (Urban Management) and Superintending Engineer (Urban Management) of LGED head quarter will look after all activities.

A Project Implementation Unit (PIU) headed by Pourashava Mayor will be established for implementation of the project. Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer/Assistant Engineer of respective Pourashava will act as the Project Manager for implementation of this project. He will be responsible for planning and implementation of the project activities.
