1. Overall improvement of the communication network to facilitate production and marketing of agricultural produces and socio-economic development of the project area through improvement of union roads including bridges and culverts.

2. To remove physical bottlenecks and reduce costs of rural transportation and marketing. Help the rural poor people in poverty reduction effort by creating short and long-term employment opportunities both in agriculture and non-agriculture sectors.

3. Encourage women’s participation in tree plantation and care taking activities and also making social forestry through plantation of trees for maintaining balance in environmental condition
