1. Overallimprovement of transport network to facilitate production and marketing ofagricultural products and socio-economic development of the project areathrough construction of Upazila, Union & Village Road including bridges/culverts.



2. Improvement ofthe physical facilities of growth centre in order to improve the marketing facilitiesof agricultural products and thereby provide incentive to increase agriculturalproduction, assist enhancement of rural economic and commercial activities.

3.To create employmentopportunities for the rural poor people through construction of physicalinfrastructure under the project.
