Project Objectives:
• Improve overall the rural transport network to facilitate production and marketing of agricultural and non- agricultural product under the project areas of Barishal, Jhalokathi and Pirojpur District.
• Connect the remote area with growth center/market, health center, school and other important places of rural Bangladesh to next higher road networks.
• Create both short-term and long-term employment opportunities through construction of rural infrastructures.
