The man objectives of the project are:

To provide connectivity and better transport network through development of roads between Gondamara Bridge to Gondamara Power Plant at Banskhali upazila under Chittagong District.

TO create both short and long term employment opportunities for the rural poor through construction of physical infrastructure under the project.
