The project will be implemented by the Local Government Engineering Department. A Project Director (PD) will be a senior Civil Engineer deputed from LGED. Project Director and other officers and staffs are directly involved in overall activities. The project implementation office at Dhaka will plan and monitor and take necessaries steps for approval of the overall activities of the project and prepare necessary budget for the project. Upazila Engineers along with his technical staff will assist the concerned Executive Engineers, LGED in implementation of the physical programmes and ensure quality of works according to specification. The Chief Engineer, LGED will co-ordinate the project activities to ensure proper and smooth implementation of the project.
