Under the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Co-operatives, Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) will implement the project. In order to facilitate the project implementation, a Project Management Office (PMO) will be set up at LGED Headquarters in Dhaka. During the project period, a full-time (additional/deputation) project director will be the head of the PMO's office. He will be responsible for implementation of the project. The necessary number of people involved in the project for the office work will be in the PMO office.

The project area of ​​the project is spread over 60 upazilas of six districts (Mymensingh, Jamalpur, Tangail, Kishoreganj, Sherpur and Netrakona). In order to facilitate the implementation of the project, the officers/employees covered under the project will be employed at the district and upazila level. They will continue to work on the development work of the project according to instructions from the PMO office located in the headquarters.

Under the project director, the executive engineer working in the respective districts will be responsible for all types of liabilities to implement the physical activities of the LGED project. Additional Chief Engineer, Mymensingh Division and regional caretaker engineer will monitor the implementation of the project. They will monitor the progress of the project and the quality control of the work.

The Chief Engineer, overseeing the operation of the LGED project, will work as a whole.
