The Project is being implement  in Madaripur, Shariatpur and Rajbari District and the schemes are proposed by the honorable member of the parliament. The project is included the commitment scheme of the elected representative including ministers commitment from time to time. Proposal for implementation of schemes are submitted by the Honorable Parliament Member to Chief Engineer's respective Project Director. Executive Engineers of the concerned Districts are instructed to prepare estimate as practical field condition.  Then estimates are checked by the PD officials and sent to Chief Engineer for approval. After getting approval from the PD office, concerned Executive Engineer implements the schemes through local competitive bidding.
