The main objectives of the project are:
A) Conduct of agricultural / non-agricultural economy through sustainable development of upazila roads, union roads and village roads in Madaripur, Shariatpur and Rajbari districts;
B) Improving the quality of life for the rural people by increasing the transportation facilities of rural, market, health centers, educational institutions and other service providers;
C) Creation of short and long term employment for the people of the project area;
D) Facilitate marketing of agricultural products produced by farmers in Growth-Centers / Rural Hat-Bazaars through construction of Growth-Centers / Grameen Hat-Bazaars and Boat Landing Ramps in the project areas and transportation of goods and water products by water.
