Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) under the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives (MOLGRD&C) is responsible for the overall execution and implementation of the project. LGED has established a Project Management Unit (PMU) headed by a Project Director and other associate officers & Staffs at Head Quarter level & at field level upazila engineer and his supporting staffs under the guidance of regional Superintending Engineer & District LGED XEN, are playing as a platform of implementation unit.
