The primary focus of the project is to educate new generation with history of independence so that they can feel proud of their motherland and get imbued with spirit of patriotism and liberal democratic ideas and promote welfare activities of the socio-economically underprivileged Muktijoddhas. The specific objectives would, however, be to:

• Uphold the spirit by conserving the memories of liberation war of 1971 and Promote patriotic feeling among the people especially for the new generation through organizing various events and activities on the national days/events etc.

• Strengthen the institutional capacity of Muktijoddha Sangshad so that they could contribute effectively in the nation building activities.

• Construct Muktijoddha Complex in 422 upazilas of the country to provide the office accommodation for the freedom fighters.

• Improve the socio-economic condition of the distressed freedom fighters through creation of fund to be accrued from the renting of shops, hall room and other facilities.
