The Project is being implemented within Greater Noakhali District(Noakhali,Feni and Laxmipur) and the schemes are proposed by the honorable member of the parliament on the basis of local demand. The project is included the commitment schemes of the elected representatives from time to time.Executive Engineers of the concerned Districts are instructed to prepare estimate as per actual field condition.  Then estimates are checked by the HQ officials and sent to Chief Engineer for approval. After getting approval from the HQ, concerned Executive Engineer implements the schemes through National competitive Bidding (NCB) by E-GP(eprocure).
