The objectives of the project are:

1. To make rural access easier through development of rural transportation infrastructure & facilitate agricultural production and ensure their fair prices through development of physical facilities of the important markets;

2. To create short-term and long-term employment
opportunities for the rural poor through construction and maintenance of rural infrastructure.
