The Executive Engineer with the help of the concerned Upazila Engineer will verify the estimate in preparation and call for tenders for the development activities as per the drawing-design and estimate approved by the Project Director and implement the physical works involving the concerned Upazila Engineer.
Additional Chief Engineer of Division and Regional Superintending Engineer will give necessary directions to the District Executive Engineer regarding the progress and quality of social infrastructure under implementation.
The District Executive Engineer will inform the Project Director in case of any kind of complications related to the implementation and solve the problem. However, in special cases the Regional Superintending Engineer/Divisional Additional Chief Engineer will take steps to solve it. The District Executive Engineer will preserve all relevant necessary documents and conduct financial audit.
The Chief Engineer of LGED will evaluate the progress of the project at regular intervals and provide necessary directions.
