1) To construct need-based 37500 additional class room of old government primary school;
2) To provide water and sanitation facilities for 8000 GPS in term of ensuring health and hygienic issue.
3) To provide furniture of high-low bench including teacher's table and chair to 34200 class room and chair, table, almirah and wall cabinet to 3300 teacher's room.
4) To reduce social disparities in terms of access to education, improved student learning and improved cycle completion;
5) To improve the quality of teaching learning environment in the primary schools;
6) To ensure child friendly learning environment for all primary school age children;

The objectives beyond this policy is raise the enrolment rate and reduce incidence of drop-out from primary school. Increase enrolment and attendance of children in primary school as well as ensuring quality primary education depend on child friendly school environment and physical facilities.
