1) To construct need-based 40000 additional classroom of old government primary school;
2) To provide water and sanitation facilities for 8000 GPS in term of ensuring health and hygienic issue.
3) To provide furniture of high-low bench including teacher's table and chair to 36500 classroom and chair, table, almirah and wall cabinet to 3500 teacher's room.
4) To reduce social disparities in terms of access to education, improved student learning and improved cycle completion;
5) To improve the quality of teaching learning environment in the primary schools;
6) To ensure child friendly learning environment for all primary school age children;
